Do you only work on projects where you're also building the product?
No — we take on design-only engagements as well. The advantage of combining design and development is real when both happen together, but our design deliverables are structured to hand off cleanly to any engineering team.
Can you redesign specific parts of our product without a full overhaul?
Yes. Design engagements are scoped to whatever's needed — a single flow, a full design system, or a complete product redesign.
How do you balance distinctive design with usability?
Usability is validated through research and testing before visual polish is finalized — distinctive aesthetics are applied within a structure that's already been proven to work for users, not instead of it.
Do you do user research, or just visual design?
Both, depending on scope. User research and journey mapping are part of a full design engagement, though we can also scope visual-design-only work if research has already been done.
